Hampton Inn Phoenix - Biltmore

No complaints whatsoever, the hotel was fancy. The staff was sincere and the location was easy - altogether a fantastic experience. Room was cosy and warm. You could walk to the markets and the shops. Moreover, it was at a short distance from trader joe's. The main bar in the venue had lots of mixed wines and hot drinks throughout the day.

All was perfect!

Remote location, courteous service and bountiful breakfast choices. Room is functional, with good bed and magnificent view. The airport is 0.5 km away;)))

There is hair in some places.

Overall very good staff and location. The staff did all they can for the best stay. And it also had absolutely fabulous view. Outdoor bar and well-maintained pool. There was an affordable restaurant, a mall and retailers next door. We enjoyed the cheesecake factory located at walking distance from the hotel, had dinner there...

Brilliant overall experience. Excellent guest service, average room, very impressive staff. The continental breakfast was RELATIVELY CHEAP, included: yoghourt and fruit. Walking distance to the stunning beach.

here we could visit heard museum that was right by the hotel. it was a 3-star property in every way. camelback east neighborhood is worth looking into.
